Health Plan for Good Health

This tailor-made Natural Health Plan includes a consultation and a two- week wholefood plan, to get you started. You will receive advice on important foods to optimise and gain an understanding of the factors that impede your healing.

We will select the supplements needed to reinforce your Health Plan, in order to facilitate your healing. We will discuss a suitable exercise plan for you also.

Eating for optimum health is enjoyable and easy. This Health Plan is simple to implement and has the potential to increase the quality of your life, in due course.

Mind, Body and Soul Plan

2 hours - £75

Mind Patterns We will look at limiting thought and belief patterns that are holding you back, discuss the staying in the Now and commencing the releasing of patterns that may be holding your spirit back.

Body Vitality and Wellbeing We will discuss traditional wholefoods that are an important part of good nutrition, the digestive process and how to implement a natural and healthy lifestyle.

The Language of the Soul We will explore awareness, mindfulness and the spiritual path. You will learn about your true self – the beautiful Being that is pure unconditional love.

At the end of the session, you will receive 20 minutes of Reiki to calm your mind, refresh your body and nourish your soul.
