Reiki is a hands-on healing therapy that has the potential to bring about great harmony, through its quiet and nurturing energies. Often people go into a deep meditative state during the treatment.

It is a journey into silence and relaxation and a profound way of healing and sharing peace.

Both the Reiki and the Karuna Reiki® energies help you open up to your emotions and become more aware of your internal situation, so that unnecessary emotional burdens can be released.

Reiki often soothes the emotions and calms the mind, so that you may leave in a more positive and balanced frame of mind. Clients often report a greater sense of well-being, harmony and peace, in addition to feeling replenished.

During your first visit, I will first take a consultation to gain relevant information and insight. Then you will be able to relax on a comfortable couch for the duration of the treatment.
