A Little Personal History...

The journey began with a search for inner peace when I was a teenager. For many years, this led me to delve deep within myself, to understand my emotional nature. Meditation became an integral part of my daily life.

In due course I discovered complementary therapies and learned Reflexology and Reiki in 1998. Reiki was the start of finding peace.

I continued with my healing journey, until I began to feel a deep yearning to learn from an enlightened teacher. In 2001 I found my teacher Amma.  I undertook all the spiritual practices suggested by my teacher with great passion and dedication.

In 2004 I had a sudden awakening, helping me glimpse into my true nature. Since experiencing the uncaused joy and bliss that is inherent in the Self, I have come to understand that our natural state cannot be reached through effort. It simply occurs when we let go of effort.

Stillness and peace are our real inner qualities of being. When we rest in our true nature, our inner beauty shines forth, from the core of our being. In this natural state, our minds and hearts are united, open and all is well.

Since then I have enjoyed greater freedom to express who I truly am, a lightness of being and an ease and flow in day-to-day living.

My aim is to help you reach a place in you, where silence and stillness abides - your True Nature.
