Life can seem difficult when we get stuck in negative thought patterns, emotions, limiting beliefs or habits, as these can prevent us from being able to lead the life we truly want. Our conditioning is like a computer programme that governs our actions, based on beliefs that we have acquired from our parents, teachers and society at large. This means that we experience our conditioning as ‘our reality’, even though it may not necessarily reflect the truth. You currently see your world and yourself, through your conditioning. Some of this conditioning is positive but some of it is negative and may no longer serve you.

Your current reality can be changed, but first you need to become familiar with your automatic thought patterns and ‘see’ though them. In order to be authentically happy, you need to resolve the issues within your 7 life areas: family, health, work, finances, relationships, personal and your spiritual life. This is where the services of Living in the Light can assist you. They can help you either to begin or to continue on your journey back to wholeness.

Release Inner Blockages and Limitations

The one-to-one sessions are aimed at enabling you to receive assistance in releasing and redressing any imbalances in your life, which you choose to address. During your sessions, I meet your were you are at and work with you, so that you can get in touch with what is most important to you.

Together we will explore what you would like work on, what the current situation in your life is, what obstacles you are facing and what steps you need to take, in order to change your life situation. Together we will review the right course of action, create an action plan, which you will be able to follow, through to completion and manifestation.

As part of your sessions, I will help you to elevate your awareness, by identifying and shedding light on anything that needs releasing, any underlying negative or limiting belief that may be present, which is negatively impacting your life. You will be encouraged to let go of this conditioning and any limiting belief that seem to be overshadowing your life situation.

In addition, you will be invited to begin to dissolve any illusion that separates you from your true wholeness and from genuine connectivity to others.

Thank you for your help in sorting out my emotional problems, as you know, I was very depressed by the fact that my investments have gone down in value quite a bit lately and I was also very concerned about the lowering in standards of nearly everything in this modern world.
