Reiki is a natural, Japanese hands-on healing therapy, which has the potential to bring about great harmony, through its quiet and nurturing energies. Often, people go into a deep meditative state during the treatment. It is a journey into silence and relaxation and can be a means to inner healing. Reiki works on all levels of our being, such as physical body, emotions, mind and spirit.

The Reiki energies help you open up to your emotions and so that you can become more aware of your internal situation and so that unnecessary emotional burdens can be released. Reiki often soothes the emotions and calms the mind, so that you may leave in a more positive and balanced frame of mind. Reiki can feel like a lovely glowing radiance, which flows through you and around you. Clients often report a greater sense of well-being, harmony and peace, in addition to feeling replenished.

During your first visit, I will take a consultation to gain relevant information. Then you will be able to relax on a comfortable couch for the duration of the treatment. Please allow 90 minutes on your first visit. Subsequent sessions are 1 hour long.

This is a lovely beginners' course introducing you to Reiki. It may be the start of a wonderful spiritual journey, which may assist you in your own inner development and healing.

On this course you will learn Mikao Usui’s original Reiki. It is a natural, simple, powerful and intuitive healing method. The course is packed with information, to help you understand Reiki's history and how Reiki works. You will be shown how to see auras, gain an understanding of chakras, practise the twelve Western hand positions and Mikao Usui's original five hand positions in Reiki healing sessions.

Intuitive inner healing work, sensing energies and scanning the body are interesting features. Usui's Gassho meditation, mindfulness and his two energy exercises are also part of this very relaxing but busy two day course. You will receive several attunements and Reiju empowerments, which may enable you to practise on yourself, friends and family and much more. Minimum of 2 participants and maximum of 4 participants.

This is a wonderful, relaxing and busy hands-on Reiki healing course. Reiki 2 - Okuden expands your connection to Reiki and provides many tools for facilitating Reiki healing, for those wishing to become practitioners or for those wanting to further their personal spiritual journey. This course has the potential to deepen and strengthen your existing Reiki energies and your spiritual growth.

You will receive three original Usui Reiju empowerments and one attunement, for this level. This will enable you use the three Reiki kotodama - sound energies, used by Mikao Usui and the three Western Reiki symbols. During the course you will learn how to chant these energies, for use in Reiki, for yourself and others. One of the kotodama is not an energy but a way to experience oneness. This is a truly lovely experience and previously unknown in Western Reiki.

You will learn how to do Hatsu Rei Ho, how to give Reiki with crystals and many other techniques for healing . We will practise Reiki healing with intention, you will learn a visualisation technique and gain knowledge of how disease manifests in the body. You will learn how to work with the root cause of a condition. How to set up a Reiki practice, record keeping, meditation and mindfulness are also part of this course and much more. Minimum of 2 participants and maximum of 4 participants.

Reiki Master Teacher Training

Shinpiden Level - Reiki Master Teacher Courses

This is a high vibrational Reiki course, which has the potential to deepen your Reiki energies further and propel you on your spiritual path.

During this course, you will learn the essential elements that you need to consider, in order to become a successful Reiki Master with good ethics and integrity. Discussion of preparation for teaching, is part of this course.

You will receive Usui's Reiju empowerment and the Master kotodama, the Reiki Master attunement, along with the Usui Master, Tibetan Master and the Fire Serpent symbol.

You will be shown step-by-step how to carry out original Reiju empowerments and attunements on yourself and on others, so that you may have a proper understanding of why certain things are done, in order to confidently establish yourself as a Reiki teacher. In addition, an original, self-empowerment with an energy ball, is an interesting feature of this course.

Upon completion of this course you may teach Reiki to others and carry out powerful treatments on your clients. Furthermore you will be able to attune your house or garden to Reiki. Anybody wishing to do this course without wanting to teach is also welcome. Maximum of 4 participants.

Original Usui Reiki Training, in Little Clacton, Essex

If you have learned Western Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 but not yet learned Original Usui Reiki, then this course is for you. There is a huge gap between Original Usui Reiki and Western Reiki. Original Usui Reiki is meant for doing inner work, so as to progress on your spiritual path, for leaving your conditioning behind and for moving closer towards enlightenment. It is Reiki, as Usui Sensei intended it to be, passed on to us by his elderly disciples. This course will be scheduled by request only.

Original Usui Reiki

First & Second Degree Reiki Training

Shoden and Okuden Level - (Reiki 1 & 2)

Original Usui Reiki is quite different, from Western Reiki.

You will receive four Reiju empowerments, at the Shoden Level and three original Reiju empowerments at the Okuden level. These empowerments are blessings, in which you receive what you need and they also initiate you into each level.

You will learn the origins and true history of Reiki, some revelations about Reiki and what Usui taught at all the levels. In addition, you will learn five new hand positions and new ways to do self-healing, which includes a visualisation self-healing method. This is highly beneficial course, for embarking upon the journey of self-awareness, self-healing and for when working with others.

Chanting and sitting down Reiki healing, with the three Reiki kotodama (sound energies) are part of this course. One of the kotodama relates to the experience of oneness. You will learn a simpler distance Reiki healing method. You will be taught two energy exercises; Kenyoku and Joshin Kokyu Ho. You will learn the concept and application of mindfulness. Usui's Gassho meditation also forms part of this course. This course will be scheduled by request only, with a maximum of 4 participants.
