Brie
Brie says: “I first met Katarina when we were working together in a rehabilitation setting. At the time, I was struggling more than I realised. My ADHD felt like it controlled every part of my life. Sitting still was a challenge, my mind was constantly racing, and intrusive thoughts made it difficult to find any sense of peace.
Meditation wasn’t new to me. I used to practise it as a child with my grandad, and those are some of my most grounding memories. But after he passed away, I lost that connection and never found my way back to it on my own.
That changed when I started working with Katarina.
I joined her 8-week mindfulness course, and from the very beginning, something clicked. Katarina created a space that felt safe, calm, and completely without judgement. She understood how busy and overwhelming the mind can be, especially with ADHD, and guided me in a way that felt achievable rather than impossible.
Alongside mindfulness, I also completed Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 with her. These experiences deepened my understanding of myself and gave me tools I didn’t even realise I was missing.
Since working with Katarina, the change in me has been incredible.
I can now sit still for longer periods of time without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve learned how to observe my thoughts rather than be controlled by them, filtering out the noise instead of being consumed by it. For the first time, I feel like I have space in my mind.
More than that, I’ve been able to start creating the life I always wanted. I feel more grounded, more focused, and more in control of my direction.
Katarina hasn’t just helped me, she’s changed the way I experience life.
Because of her, I’ve also been able to go on and support others, sharing what I’ve learned and helping people find their own sense of calm and balance.

Brie
Katarina says: Soon after meeting Brie, I did some numerology for her and realised her potential. I encouraged Brie to follow her dreams and she did! She did the 8 week mindfulness course, attended the Reiki 1 and 2 courses. She also attended our monthly spiritual group. During the mindfulness course, I noticed that she was constantly moving one of her legs and struggled with keeping the body still. She persevered and eventually was able to sit still, even with ADHD.
As Brie gained more self-confidence, she left her job and took on a managerial role in a local charity, where she still works. She has gone from strength to strength. It is lovely to see her thrive. She is a natural manager and is flourishing now, as she taps into her potential. She has improved her life and that of her children and partner. What is more she finds this position very fulfilling, as she is able to help so many people. She is making a difference in people’s lives and thus experiences job and life satisfaction.
Ana
Ana says: "Katarina was and is a blessing in my life: the light in my darkness. I am sure that we were destined, through Amma, to meet. She marked my life, with a before and after. Of course, for the BETTER. When I found her, I was in shock; I was unable to go to sleep without first taking medication. From the day she started helping me, I began to emerge from the darkness, and since then I have never needed to take any pills to sleep or relax. I feel so grateful and fortunate that Katarina is my spiritual guide: THANK YOU!"
Katarina says: The first time I saw Ana, I noticed that she was suffering. As I got to know her, she disclosed that her mother had died, which was a tremendous shock for her. I could see she was grieving and she was also highly anxious. She confirmed her mother’s death had left her bereft and totally lost. She also suffered from health anxiety, for her her family and herself.
I recommended learning meditation, which she did. She came for one-to-one sessions and she began to improve. It eased her sadness and grief, she was less anxious and she began to sleep better. Ana began to see life from a different perspective and got interested in spirituality as well. It seems that the heart break, broke her heart open and she gained more faith and at that point, I turned up in her life, to help her move forward, so it seems.
Ana loved meditation for the calmness, stillness and silence she experienced during it. I began to guide her in spiritual practices and she also learned some Buddhist practices, chanting and meditation when I was away in India.
Ana still practises meditation and mindfulness regularly, she is not fearful like she was, when we met, there is a marked change in her, she no longer lives in the past or the future. She surrenders more, accepts more and is more detached. She is able to control her emotions in many difficult situations in her life now. She does does not suffer like she used to. She has become a spiritual aspirant - somebody who does spiritual practices and follows the path to freedom.
